“I had a tremendous experience with Lucas when our heat went out with an early cold snap. We had just moved to the South Loop so all of our lifetime repairmen wouldn't come out because we were out of their zone. Thankfully, we found Lucas. Like everyone at that time, they were booked solid with everyone losing heat. However, later in the day they called me and said they could fit me in the next day. They came right on time. The repairman was great and identified the problem right away. He fixed it on the spot. Since the furnace was old, we asked if we could get it replaced. Now, he had an easy sale. Instead he said we were better off waiting and gave me several reasons why. Not many outfits will give up a major sale. It's good to know, as a new resident to this neighborhood that I now have Lucas Mechanical to rely on" - Joe Mallon
